Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Family Business, Managerial Ownership, and Company
Characteristics (which are proxied by using Leverage and Company Size) on Firm Value. The population in this study are manufacturing
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2017-2019 period. The sample in this study amounted to 130 companies.
The technique of taking samples used in this study was to use the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study
is multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS 20 application program.
The results of this study indicate that (1) Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive effect on Firm Value, (2) Family Business
has no effect on Firm Value, (3) Managerial Ownership has no effect on Firm Value, (4) Leverage has no effect on Firm Value. , and (5)
Firm Size has a significant negative effect on Firm Value.
