Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the 4A variable (attractions, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary) influencing visitor satisfaction in the Besuki Tourism Area. The tourism sector is one of the sources of local government revenue. Tourism development plays an essential role in increasing employment, encouraging equitable business opportunities, and encouraging national development equitable distribution. By looking at the influence of the 4A variable, the local government can make the right policies for visitor interest and satisfaction. The research sample consisted of 156 people from the Kediri backpacker community and the Bolongopi Kediri community. The study results are that the attraction variable has no effect on visitor satisfaction, the accessibility variable has no impact on visitor satisfaction, the amenities variable has no effect on visitor satisfaction, and the ancillary variable has no effect on visitor satisfaction. The 4A variable simultaneously affects visitor satisfaction.
