Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Presence and leave, E-learning and Performance Appraisal in the Portal Telkom Akses on The Quality of Employee Work at PT. Telkom Akses Pekalongan. The data used are primary data obtained from questionnaires, interviews and observations. The population of this research is employees of PT. Telkom Akses Pekalongan numbered 119 employees. The sampling technique is Non Probability Sampling, is a technique that does not provide equal opportunities for every element or member of the population to be selected as samples. The analytical method used is a multiple linear regression method. The results of the study partially show that Presence and leave, E-learning and Performance Appraisal have a significant effect on The Quality of Employee Work. While the results of the simuultan research show that Presence and leave, E-learning and Performance Appraisal simultaneously have a significant effect on The Quality of Employee Work.
