Abstract

The era globalization there is an increase in more competitive competition in various industries, with increased competition, increased organizational pressure to develop, such as to lower costs, make workers more productive, and to do things better with cost efficiency. Human resources is the most important asset in an organization because it is a source capable of directing, maintaining, and developing organizations in various demands of society and times.This research aims to know the influence of working discipline, employee commitment and workload employee performance. The object for this research is employee at PT. Solata Mitra Usaha – Jambi (PT SMU Jambi). This research was done to 60 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously variable working discipline, employee commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job workload has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance on. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) patial shows significant pont of three independent variables that supports hipothesy.
