Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Diversity, Compensation, Organizational Climate on Turnover Intention of Nurses at Islamic Hospital "UNISMA" Malang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research type. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire and interviews. The population in this study were all nurses totaling 98 people. The sampling technique uses census techniques or saturated sampling. The data collection process uses a questionnaire or questionnaire method with answers measured by an interval scale or a Likert scale, while the data analysis uses multiple regression analysis using the software tool SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 23 for windows. The results showed that: (1) Diversity has a significant and positive influence on Turnover Intention (2) Kopensation has a significant and positive influence on Turnover Intention (3) Organizational Climate has a significant and negative influence on Turnover Intention (4) Diversity, Compensation and Organizational Climate have a significant and positive effect simultaneously or together on Turnover Intention.
