Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and task complexity of government auditors' performance. The sample in this study is a government auditor who works at the Office of the Inspectorate of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study used a purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were 46 government auditors of the Inspectorate of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data analysis using SPSS version 21 program, with data analysis method that is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership style and motivation have a positive effect on the performance of government auditors. Meanwhile, task complexity has a negative effect on the performance of government auditors.
