Particularly in Indonesia, this phenomena is growing quickly and has a significant impact on many facets of daily life (Susilo, et al, 2020). Economic activity has been significantly impacted by this virus, particularly in Indonesia's industrial sector. The Covid-19 epidemic, according to Haryanto (2020), caused the value of the rupiah to decrease. The decline in the rupiah's value occurred up to IDR 16,600 per US dollar in comparison to the time before the pandemic, when it was IDR 14,000 per US dollar. The level of inflation in Indonesia in 2020 was the lowest it has been since 2014. One of the factors that must be examined for urgency in decision-making and business sustainability is the company's performance. Financial performance analysis, Fahmi (2017) asserts that doing an analysis is essential to persuading the organization to adhere to predetermined rules for the proper and accurate use of funds. Information was acquired at PT. Universal Packaging Services about the company's financial performance prior to and during the Covid-19 pandemic (UJK). The results of the computation of the liquidity ratio vary from year to year when computing the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio. The return on equity (ROE) decreases every year, but there aren't many ups and downs in the profitability ratio computation based on the calculation of gross profit margin (GPM), net profit margin (NPM), and return on assets (ROA). The debt to asset ratio (DAR) and debt to equity ratio computations used to determine the solvency ratio fluctuate annually (DER).
2023-03-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2023 Amanda Aliffia Safira, Ana Sopanah S, Dwi Anggarani https://jurnal.widyagama.ac.id/index.php/cebi/article/view/302Effect Of Return On Equity, Debt To Asset Ratio, And Inflation Rate On The Value Of The Company2023-04-01T02:02:03+07:00Melda Pratiwi Agustinameldaprtw34@gmail.comGunariantogunarianto@widyagama.ac.idHartini Prasetyaning Pawestritiningharun@gmail.com
The approach in this study is in the form of quantitative descriptive research, and this type of research is included in the category of explanatory research. This study aims to determine the effect of return on equity, debt to asset ratio, and inflation rate on company value in Consumer Goods Sub-Sector Manufacturing Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of research in this study was 21 companies. This usury-free practice may not provide as many benefits as conventional banks, but the amount of profit-sharing payments and the size of this company have had a significant influence on the value of mudharabah deposits. It can also be interpreted as a company that requires various types of products or goods that will be sold for consumer purposes without changing the form. Initially, the company first buys various products as needed, maintains its inventory, and distributes the products it has to customers through a buying and selling transaction. From there, trading companies get as much profit as possible, namely from the difference between the selling price and the purchase price of the products that have been sold to consumers. Internal control is an important thing that must be done by an organization so that abuse does not occur. This is intended so that the organization's assets can be protected and prevent fraud from occurring.
