Abstrak

Tujuan   penelitian   ini   adalah   untuk   menganalisis   pengaruh   servant leadership style dan organizational culture terhadap komitmen organisasional dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Purworejo Kota Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan tingkat   ekspansinya   jenis   penelitian   yang   digunakan   adalah   menjabarkan hubungan kausal antara variabel-variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai di lingkungan Kecamatan Purworejo Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 74 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dan mengintepretasikan data adalah analisis statistik inferensial, dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0 yang digunakan untuk mengukur data kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis yaitu dengan menggunakan model persamaan Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan data, peneliti memperoleh kesimpulan, yaitu: Servant leadership style tidak berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Organizational culture tidak berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja   pegawai.   Servant   leadership   style   berperan   dalam   meningkatkan komitmen organisasional. Organizational culture berperan dalam meningkatkan komitmen  organisasional.  Komitmen  Organisasional  berperan  dalam meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai. Servant leadership style berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi komitmen organisasional. Organizational culture berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi komitmen organisasional.
