Pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Stres sebagai Variabel Intervening

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran stres dalam memediasi hubungan konflik kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Bidang Ketertiban Umum dan Ketentraman Masyarakat Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 75 orang. Untuk pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dengan cara total sampling atau sampel jenuh atau juga disebut dengan sampel sensus. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunkana analisis data statistik inferensial diukur dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: konflik kerja tidak mendorong meningkatnya stress kerja pegawai, kompensasi dapat meningkatkan stress, variable konflik kerja tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karena kemampuan pegawai dan organisasi mengelola konflik kerja, kompensasi yang layak tidak mampu mendorong meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, stress dapat mendorong meningkatnya kepuasan kerja karena kemampuan individu mengelola stress secara efektif, stress kerja tidak mampu memediasi konflik dan kepuasan kerja, dan stress kerja mampu memediasi kompensasi dengan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa dengan pengelolaan stress yang optimal menjadikan kompensasi mampu mendorong meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Bidang Ketertiban Umum dan Ketentraman Masyarakat Pada Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Pasuruan.
