Intidesign Digital Printing, a growing enterprise in Malang, has demonstrated resilience in the competitive printing industry through its commitment to service quality and innovation. However, several internal and external challenges persist, including operational inefficiencies, limited digital marketing reach, workforce management issues, and financial planning constraints. This community service project aims to enhance the managerial capacities of Intidesign by implementing practical business management strategies across four core functions: human resource management, financial management, operational management, and marketing. Using a participatory and consultative approach, the intervention involved structured assessments, problem identification, targeted training, and implementation support. The results indicate improvements in employee performance tracking, financial recording, workflow standardization, and brand communication strategies. Production time was reduced from 3–4 days to 1–2 days, monthly Instagram impressions increased by 45%, and client inquiries rose by 30%. The business also showed increased awareness of customer needs, more effective use of technology, and enhanced operational discipline. This community-based assistance highlights the value of integrated business support for SMEs in navigating market demands and sustaining competitive advantage.
