About the Journal
The Journal of Local Impact and Knowledge Transfer (JLINK) is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal dedicated to the field of applied management science. The journal publishes empirical research and case studies exploring how strategic management tools, knowledge transfer frameworks, and managerial interventions drive inclusive local development and solve socio-economic challenges in microenterprises and local organizations.
The journal emphasizes evidence-based, practical management approaches that bridge organizational theory and grassroots practice. JLINK supports critical reflection on how applied managerial knowledge, operational strategies, and financial literacy can empower small-scale enterprises, optimize local governance, and drive digital transformation—particularly in underserved, rural, or transitional economies.
Submissions must demonstrate methodological rigor (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods) and show clear potential for managerial insight, policy contribution, or scalable organizational impact in global contexts.
