Strategi Pengembangan Bumdes Dalam Meningkatkan Efektivitas Pengelolaan BUMDes Di Desa Sumberporong

BUMDes Development Strategy in Increasing the Effectiveness of BUMDes Management in Sumberporong Village is interesting to study, because BUMDes Sumber Rejeki is one of the BUMDes that is still relatively young and was only established in 2018 and this research is expected to formulate an effective strategy in developing BUMDes. The focus of this research is how the condition / state of BUMDes Sumber Rejeki and discusses how to formulate an effective strategy in the development of BUMDes. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The informants in this study were three people. By using data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the BUMDes Sumber Rejeki condition has limitations both in terms of management, location and related to the running business. In addition, a strategy is needed in the development and management of BUMDes with steps in taking strategies, including: Identifying problems, gathering important information, making predictions of what might happen, making decisions and making planning, evaluating and controlling the results of decisions.
