Abstract

Human resources are an important resource that supports organizations in achieving competitive advantage. Therefore, it is important to involve employees to drive the strategic goals of the organization. Lithograping companies in the era of globalization are expected to face increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, the quality of the organization must be considered. This is inseparable from the role of human resources who will be required to carry out their duties and functions properly. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance mediated by burnout at PT. Ratu Magenta. The object of this research are employees of PT. Ratu Magenta as many as 80 respondents. The approach used in this study is Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Burnout has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees. Workload has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees.
