Online Submissions

All manuscripts intended for publication in the Journal of Integrated Management Systems (JIMS) must be submitted directly to the editorial office via email at [email protected]. Authors are required to send their manuscripts as email attachments in accordance with the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines. Submissions that do not comply with these requirements may be returned to the authors for correction prior to further processing.

Along with the manuscript submission, authors must also include a similarity report generated using a recognized plagiarism detection tool, such as Turnitin. This report is required to ensure that the manuscript meets the journal’s standards of originality and academic integrity. JIMS applies a maximum similarity threshold of 25%, and manuscripts exceeding this limit may be rejected or returned for revision, depending on the extent and nature of the similarity.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism prior to submission. The editorial team will conduct an initial screening to verify the completeness of the submission, adherence to journal policies, and compliance with ethical standards before proceeding to the peer review stage.
