Analisa Pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Perusahaan Melalui Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Pada Penerbit Literasi Nusantara Kota Batu)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of total quality management on the performance of the company through a competitive advantage in the Penerbit Literasi Nusantara Batu City. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the influence of the variable total quality management, competitive advantage and company performance in the Penerbit Literasi Nusantara Batu City. The sampling technique in this study is random sampling with the results of the sample taken as many as 77 respondents from the author of the 2020 Indonesian Penerbit Literasi Nusantara Batu City. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive and inferential statistical methods. The analytical method used is pertial Least Square (PLS) using softwere management SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) the better Total Quality Management will have an optimal effect on company performance, that (2) the better Total Quality Management will have an optimal effect on competitive advantage, (3) the better Competitive Advantage will have an optimal effect on company performance, (4) Total Quality Management the higherwill be able to improve company performance through competitive advantage.
