Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on job stress and the role of work overload as a mediating variable on employees of CV. Skipperwebs in Malang city. This study uses a quantitative approach 49 employees from CV. Skipperwebs were selected with total sampling and saturated sample techniques as research subjects. The statistical analysis used in this research is simple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS version 3.9 computer program. The results showed that perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on work stress, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on work overload, work overload has a significant positive effect on work stress, and work overload has a significant effect on the effect of perceived organizational support on work stress experienced by employees of CV. Skipperwebs in Malang City.
