ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SEVEN TOOLS GUNA MENCAPAI STANDAR PRODUK SUSU PASTEURISASI “Jab Milk” PADA KOPERASI AGRO NIAGA (KAN) JABUNG MALANG

This study was aimed to analyze the quality control using seven tools methodology to find product standard of pasteurized milk in Koperasi Agro Niaga Jabung, Malang District. This study found that the amount of the most defect products are defect distribution (500 products) which followed by defect while in production process (489 products), rejects product of materilas (485 product) and so on, and the minimum defect of product are TPC (8 products). Almost 80% product defect dominated by 2 kinds of defect, namely distribution defect with amount of 500 units, and defect while productions process with the number of 489 units. In general, product defect happens in pasteurized milk productions of Koperasi Agro Niaga Jabung, Malang, was still in a control margin, except the
productions in day-21 which is in a drop out of control margin.
