Analisis Pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM), Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja Dan Sistem Penghargaan (Reward) Terhadap Kinerja Staf Divisi Komersil (Studi Kasus: Mitra10 Kebonsari - Malang)

This study aims the effect of total quality management (TQM), the measurement system and the Reward system on the performance of the commercial division staff of Mitra10 Kebonsari Malang. The total population in the study was 120 staff and according to the Slovin formula, 92 samples were obtained. The method of data collection in this study used a questionnaire. The results showed that simultaneously Total Quality Management, Performance Measurement System and Reward System had a significant effect on the Commercial Division Staff Performance. Partially Total Quality Management, Performance Measurement System and Reward System have a significant effect on the Commercial Division Staff Performance.
