Archiving Policy
Faculty of Law, Widya Gama Universitas, as the publisher, is committed to implementing a strong open-access journal model and permits self-archiving of accepted and published manuscripts in accordance with open-access policies, both before and after publication in Journal Intellectual Property Right. Authors retain the copyright to their scholarly work and may archive the pre-print, post-print, or publisher/PDF version in personal or institutional repositories at any time without requiring permission from the journal or the publisher.
Authors whose articles are published in Journal Juridisch have the right to deposit the accepted manuscript or the published version in institutional or centralized repositories, and may make it openly accessible immediately upon acceptance and publication, provided that the journal and the publisher, Faculty of Law, Widya Gama Universitas, are acknowledged as the original place of publication and full citation details are properly included.
Once a manuscript is accepted by the journal, authors declare that the article is accepted for publication as follows:
This article has been accepted for publication in Journal Intellectual Property Right, published by Faculty of Law, Widya Gama Universitas.
Authors may also make their articles openly available immediately after publication in repositories, libraries, or personal websites without requesting permission, as long as the URL of the published article is included and the PDF version is provided, clearly indicating the journal name, Faculty of Law, Widya Gama Universitasas the publisher, and full citation details.
ARCHIVING AND DIGITAL PRESERVATION
To ensure the long-term digital preservation of all scholarly content published in Journal Intellectual Property Right, Faculty of Law, Widya Gama Universitas, submits journal content to Sherpa Romeo for long-term digital archiving. Additionally, Universitas Semarang is committed to depositing the metadata of Journal Intellectual Property Right and other journals into LOCKSS and CLOCKSS through PKP PN as well as institutional repositories such as the UWG Repository. This ensures that published scholarly content remains accessible to the public even if the journal is discontinued or journal data is accidentally lost. Faculty of Law, Widya Gama Universitas also ensures that the metadata of all open-access journals complies with established repository standards so that it can be routinely harvested by digital systems for indexing and preservation.
