Author Guidelines

Journal Widya Gama Intellectual Property Right (WGIPR) welcomes original research articles, case analyses, book reviews, and editorial commentaries in the field of legal studies. Manuscripts submitted to this journal must be original and must not have been published or submitted to another journal.

Authors must submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Before submitting, authors are encouraged to read and follow the journal guidelines carefully.

Manuscript Requirements

  1. Language
    Manuscripts must be written in clear and good English.

  2. Originality
    The manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism. The similarity index should not exceed 20%.

  3. Manuscript Length
    The manuscript should be between 6,000 – 10,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

  4. Manuscript Structure
    The manuscript should generally include the following sections:

    • Title

    • Author(s) name and affiliation

    • Abstract (150–250 words)

    • Keywords (3–5 keywords)

    • Introduction

    • Research Method

    • Discussion / Analysis

    • Conclusion

    • References

  5. Abstract and Keywords
    The abstract should clearly describe the purpose of the research, the method used, and the main findings. Authors should provide 3–5 keywords that reflect the main topics of the article.

  6. Citation and References
    Authors must use proper citations and references. The journal recommends using a reference management tool such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.

  7. Formatting
    Manuscripts should follow the journal template provided on the journal website.

  8. Submission Process
    Authors must upload the manuscript file through the online journal system. All steps in the submission process must be completed before the manuscript can enter the review stage.

  9. Review Process
    All manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality and originality of the publication.

  10. Revision
    Authors must revise their manuscript based on the reviewers’ comments within the time given by the editorial board.
