Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of Widya Gama Intellectual Property Right must be:

  1. Written in English, on .doc or .docx format
  2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 4000-8000 words.
  3. Use a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose Chicago Manual of Style edition 17th (full note).

Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Widya Gama Intellectual Property Right.

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present following the structure:

  1. The title of the paper should describe the research aims, method/model, and objective without an Acronym or abbreviation
  2. The abstract has 150 to 250 words, with no citations. State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, results, and conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the following section: Introduction - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion.
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 20 references, primarily with a minimum of 80% to journal papers published in the last 5 years.

Copyright is under the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. Before the article is published, written confirmation from the author is required to ensure its originality (Originality Statement).
