Manuscript Types

JASEE (Journal of Application and Science on Electrical Engineering) publishes original and high-quality scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of electrical engineering and its related applications. The journal welcomes research involving experimental studies, theoretical analysis, modeling, simulation, technology development, and practical engineering applications.

JASEE accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  1. Original Research Article

An Original Research Article presents original scientific findings that contribute to the advancement of knowledge, methods, systems, or technologies in electrical engineering and related disciplines.

This category includes experimental research, theoretical and computational analysis, modeling and simulation, system design, prototype development, optimization, and applied engineering research.

Manuscripts should clearly describe the research background, objectives, methodology, results, and discussion. The findings must demonstrate scientific novelty, methodological validity, and a measurable contribution to the relevant field.

Research involving simulations or prototype development must provide appropriate testing, validation, or comparative analysis to support the reported findings.

Recommended structure: Introduction, Literature Review, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

  1. Review Article

A Review Article provides a critical and comprehensive synthesis of previously published scientific literature on a specific topic within the scope of electrical engineering.

This category includes systematic literature reviews and critical narrative reviews that examine recent developments, research trends, technological advancements, methodological approaches, and unresolved research challenges.

Review articles should demonstrate a clear analytical contribution beyond summarizing existing publications. Authors are expected to identify research gaps, compare relevant findings, evaluate limitations, and propose directions for future research.

Systematic reviews should clearly explain their literature search strategy, selection criteria, and methods of analysis.

Recommended structure: Introduction, Review Methodology, Literature Analysis and Discussion, Research Gaps and Future Directions, Conclusion, and References.

  1. Engineering Case Study

An Engineering Case Study presents an in-depth scientific investigation of a specific engineering problem, system, technology, or application in a real-world environment.

This category includes case-based investigations involving electrical power systems, industrial automation, control systems, instrumentation, telecommunications, embedded systems, renewable energy, robotics, and other relevant electrical engineering applications.

Manuscripts should provide a clear description of the engineering problem, technical approach, data collection procedures, analytical methods, and evaluation results.

Case studies must demonstrate scientific or technical significance through systematic analysis, measurable performance evaluation, or evidence-based findings that may be useful in similar engineering contexts.

Purely descriptive project reports without adequate scientific analysis or meaningful technical contributions are not considered suitable for publication.

Recommended structure: Introduction, Case Description, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.

General Manuscript Requirements

All submitted manuscripts must be relevant to the focus and scope of JASEE and demonstrate scientific originality, methodological soundness, and a clear contribution to electrical engineering.

Manuscripts must be original, must not have been previously published, and must not be under consideration by another journal.

Authors must prepare their manuscripts using the official JASEE article template and follow the journal's Author Guidelines, including the required manuscript format, abstract, tables, figures, and IEEE reference style.

All submissions are subject to initial editorial screening and peer review in accordance with the journal's editorial policies. The Editorial Team reserves the right to determine manuscript suitability and classification based on the scientific content and scope of the submission.
