Bulletin of Management and Business (BMB)

Bulletin of Management and Business (BMB) is a national, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published biannually (March and October) by the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Widyagama Malang, Indonesia.

BMB provides a scholarly platform for disseminating original research articles, empirical case studies, and relevant academic contributions in the fields of management and business, with particular emphasis on theoretical development, practical applications, and contemporary business issues in Indonesia and the international academic community.

BMB is an open-access journal, providing immediate and free access to published scholarly articles without subscription fees or mandatory registration.

Readers may read, download, print, search, and link to published articles. Sharing, redistribution, and adaptation are permitted in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license.

Articles published under the journal's current licensing policy are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

There are no manuscript submission fees. The APC is charged only after the manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and received formal acceptance for publication.

The APC is non-refundable. Payment does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or manuscript acceptance.

The applicable APC category is determined by the institutional affiliation of the corresponding author at the time of submission.

Authors retain copyright to their scholarly works and grant BMB the non-exclusive right of first publication, subject to the applicable publishing agreement.

Articles published under the current licensing policy are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

This license permits sharing, redistribution, and adaptation for noncommercial purposes, provided appropriate attribution is given, modifications are indicated, and adapted materials are distributed under the same or a compatible license.

Commercial reuse requires separate permission from the relevant copyright holder unless otherwise permitted by law.

BMB uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) to manage its electronic publication archives, including published articles, journal issues, supplementary materials, and bibliographic metadata.

The journal is committed to maintaining the accessibility, integrity, and continuity of its scholarly publications through appropriate electronic archiving, backup, and digital preservation arrangements.

The Editorial Board coordinates with the publisher and technical administrators to review preservation procedures and support long-term access to published research.

BMB receives institutional support from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Widyagama Malang.

According to the journal's stated funding arrangement, apart from the published Article Processing Charge (APC), BMB does not receive additional external sponsorship and does not impose hidden publication fees.

Institutional or financial support does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, or acceptance of manuscripts.

BMB contributes to the advancement and dissemination of scholarly research in management and business, particularly within the Indonesian academic context.

The journal is nationally accredited and recognized in the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) with SINTA 5 accreditation.

The names, email addresses, and other personal information entered on this journal website will be used for the stated purposes of journal administration, manuscript processing, peer review, publication, and related scholarly communication.

Personal information will be managed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements and will not be disclosed to unauthorized parties, except where required by law or necessary for legitimate journal operations.
