Post-Publication Discussion and Corrections Policy
Bulletin of Management and Business (BMB) encourages constructive scholarly discussion, critical evaluation, and responsible engagement with published research to maintain the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of the scholarly record.
1. General Policy
BMB recognizes post-publication discussion as an essential component of scholarly communication. Authors, readers, researchers, and other members of the academic community are encouraged to provide constructive comments, scientific critiques, and evidence-based observations regarding published articles.
All discussions must be conducted professionally, respectfully, and in accordance with academic integrity and publication ethics.
2. Forms of Post-Publication Discussion
BMB provides an editorial channel for submitting the following types of post-publication contributions:
3. Submission of Comments and Concerns
Comments, critiques, and concerns regarding published articles should be submitted to the BMB Editorial Board through the journal's official contact channel.
Submissions should identify the relevant article, including its title, authors, publication details, and DOI where available, together with a clear explanation and supporting evidence.
Submit Post-Publication Comments
Contact the Editorial Board through the official journal contact page.

The Editorial Board evaluates submitted comments for relevance, scientific merit, clarity, supporting evidence, and compliance with publication ethics.
When appropriate, the authors of the published article may be invited to provide clarification or a formal response. Substantive comments and responses may be considered for publication on the journal website or in a subsequent issue, subject to editorial approval.
5. Post-Publication Corrections and Retractions
Where significant errors or concerns are identified, BMB may take appropriate editorial actions to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
Correction
Issued when an error requires correction but does not invalidate the article's overall findings or conclusions.
Expression of Concern
Published when serious concerns require notification while relevant evidence or investigations remain unresolved.
Retraction
Issued when an article's findings are no longer reliable due to serious errors, misconduct, or other substantial integrity concerns.
Editorial notices will identify the affected article, explain the reasons for the action, and remain accessible as part of the scholarly publication record.
6. Ethical Standards for Discussion
Post-publication contributions must be evidence-based, respectful, and relevant to the scholarly content. Personal attacks, defamatory statements, harassment, unsupported allegations, and disclosures of confidential information are not permitted.
The Editorial Board reserves the right to decline contributions that do not meet these standards.
7. Transparency and Record Integrity
BMB aims to ensure that post-publication discussions and editorial notices are handled transparently. When corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions are issued, they should be clearly linked to the original article and appropriately documented.
The journal seeks to preserve the scholarly record rather than silently removing or replacing published content.
