Ownership and Management

1. Journal Ownership and Publisher

Bulletin of Management and Business (BMB) is published by Universitas Widyagama Malang, Indonesia, through the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business.

The publisher provides institutional support for journal administration, publishing infrastructure, and the continued dissemination of scholarly research in management and business.

2. Journal Management

BMB is managed through its editorial organization, comprising the Editor-in-Chief, Editorial Board, and supporting editorial personnel.

The editorial team coordinates manuscript screening, peer review, editorial decisions, publication preparation, and journal quality assurance.

The names, academic affiliations, and responsibilities of current editorial members are provided on the official Editorial Team page.

3. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based on scholarly merit, relevance to the journal's aims and scope, methodological quality, peer-review recommendations, and publication ethics.

The publisher's administrative support must not compromise the independent academic judgment of the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board.

Decisions must not be influenced by commercial interests, institutional pressure, or personal relationships.

4. Roles and Responsibilities

The publisher is responsible for institutional and operational support, while the editorial team is responsible for academic evaluation, reviewer coordination, editorial integrity, and publication decisions.

Editorial members are expected to maintain confidentiality, disclose conflicts of interest, and apply the journal's editorial policies consistently.

5. Journal Administration and Contact

Official communication regarding journal administration, publication policies, manuscript processing, and editorial matters is conducted through BMB's designated journal contact channels.

6. Transparency and Governance

BMB is committed to maintaining transparent information regarding its publisher, editorial management, peer-review process, publication ethics, and journal policies.

Changes in editorial appointments or institutional management will be reflected in the journal's official information.
