1. Open Access Statement

Bulletin of Management and Business (BMB) is an open-access scholarly journal. All published articles are freely available to readers, researchers, and institutions without subscription fees, access charges, or mandatory registration.

Readers may access, read, download, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles, subject to the applicable licensing terms.

2. Immediate Open Access

BMB provides immediate access to published articles upon publication, without an embargo period. This policy supports the timely dissemination of research findings and broader access to scholarly knowledge.

Articles published under the journal's CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 licensing policy may be copied, redistributed, translated, adapted, and shared for noncommercial purposes, provided that:

• A link to the applicable Creative Commons license is provided.
• Any modifications are clearly indicated.
• Adapted materials are distributed under the same license or a Creative Commons-compatible license.
• The material is not used for commercial purposes without separate permission from the relevant copyright holder, unless otherwise permitted by law.

4. Copyright and Author Rights

Authors retain copyright to their scholarly works and grant BMB the non-exclusive right of first publication, subject to the applicable publishing agreement.

Authors may share and deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, and other scholarly platforms in accordance with the applicable license, with appropriate citation of the original publication.

5. Accessibility and Scholarly Dissemination

BMB promotes the dissemination and discoverability of published research through its official journal website, academic indexing services, and scholarly repositories.

The journal supports responsible sharing, citation, and reuse of scholarly content in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license.

6. Licensing Transparency and Previous Publications

BMB aims to display accurate and consistent licensing information across its journal website, article landing pages, published PDFs, and associated publication metadata.

Articles published under earlier licensing arrangements remain subject to the licenses applicable at the time of publication. Changes to the journal's licensing policy do not automatically modify previously granted licenses.
